Running Trails in the Canadian Rockies

The Canadian Rockies offer some of the most breathtaking and diverse running trails in the world. With stunning mountain scenery, pristine lakes, and abundant wildlife, the region provides a unique and challenging environment for trail runners.

Some of the notable running trails in the Canadian Rockies:

Banff National Park:
Sulphur Mountain Trail: This trail takes you to the summit of Sulphur Mountain, offering panoramic views of the Bow Valley and Banff townsite.
Tunnel Mountain Trail: A relatively short but rewarding run with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and Bow Valley.
